Whale View Vacation House is a charming 55 m² vacation home in a peaceful location close to the water. Here, nature is right outside your door while the rest of Ilulissat is still within easy reach.
From the house and the private terrace, you can enjoy views across Disko Bay and watch the impressive icebergs drifting by. During whale season, there are also good chances of spotting whales directly from the house or terrace.
The house is arranged over two floors. Upstairs, you will find a double bed positioned in front of a large panoramic window overlooking the sea, allowing you to wake up to views of Disko Bay and the icebergs. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, providing accommodation for up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements make the house particularly suitable for a couple, a small family, or good friends who are comfortable staying close together.
The house has its own kitchen and a small washing machine, making it practical for both short and longer stays. Outside, the private terrace is a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and views.
The location is especially convenient for guests who want to explore Ilulissat’s nature on foot. The Yellow Trail along the Ilulissat Icefjord passes right by the house, so some of the area’s most beautiful scenery begins almost at your doorstep.

From Ilulissat Airport, the easiest way to reach Whale View Vacation House is by taxi. The drive takes approximately 15 minutes, and taxis are usually available directly outside the airport terminal.
The house is located in a peaceful part of Ilulissat, close to the coast and the famous Yellow Trail along the Ilulissat Icefjord.
