Modern Seaview Vacation House is located at Qupaloraarsuk 50 and is a modern 75 m² vacation home with its own private terrace. Although centrally located in Ilulissat, the house is set back from the road in peaceful surroundings. This gives you privacy and a quiet place to relax while still being within easy walking distance of the town centre.
From the house and terrace, you can enjoy the ever-changing scenery of Disko Bay, where drifting icebergs make the view different from day to day. During whale season, there is also a chance to spot whales directly from the house or terrace.
The house has a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room, providing accommodation for up to 4 guests.
Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a bright, comfortable living area with plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring Ilulissat. The house also has a washing machine, making it convenient for both short and longer stays.
Air conditioning and a heat pump help maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

From Ilulissat Airport, the easiest way to reach Modern Seaview House is by taxi. The drive takes approximately 10 minutes, and taxis are usually available directly outside the airport terminal.
The house is located at Qupaloraarsuk 50, the large yellow house behind the old police station, within easy reach of central Ilulissat and with beautiful views across Disko Bay.
Detailed check-in instructions, including directions to the correct entrance and the keybox code, will be sent directly to guests before arrival.
