Grand Seaview Vacation House is located at Qupaloraarsuk 50 in a beautiful position overlooking the water. Although the house is very centrally located in Ilulissat, it is set back from the road in a quiet residential area. This gives you peaceful surroundings and wonderful sea views while still being within easy reach of the town.
The house is approximately 120 m² and has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the third has a bunk bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, allowing the house to accommodate up to 8 guests.
The bright living room offers beautiful views across Disko Bay, where the icebergs create an ever-changing landscape. During whale season, many of my guests have also been lucky enough to spot whales directly from the living room or terrace.
Outside, you will find a large terrace of approximately 100 m², with plenty of space to relax, enjoy the view and make the most of the long Arctic summer evenings.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer, making it practical for both short and longer stays. Air conditioning and a heat pump help keep the house comfortable throughout the year.
Grand Seaview combines plenty of space, modern facilities and a central location with the peace and quiet of being close to the water – a comfortable base for families and groups who want to experience Ilulissat with Disko Bay right outside the window.

From Ilulissat Airport, the easiest way to reach Grand Seaview Vacation House is by taxi. The drive takes approximately 10 minutes, and taxis are usually available directly outside the airport terminal.
The house is located at Qupaloraarsuk 50, the large yellow house behind the old police station, in a peaceful location close to the water and within easy reach of central Ilulissat.
Detailed check-in instructions, including directions to the correct entrance and the keybox code, will be sent directly to guests before arrival.
